Well not a ton is new with me. I have made a few goals for myself seeing that we are going to Mexico in 8 months.
I have decided that I want to lose 50lbs or more by the time we go to Mexico Since I started the gym in January I have lost 8lbs and it just doesnt want to go any where, so I need to step it up a notch, I have really said much about my weight to anyone other than my close friends and family and today I'm telling you. I am going to go to the gym 3 times a week and if I can't get to the gym I will get on my eliptical or go for a good walk I'm also going to start eating right, drink more water and be more responsible about my health. I will keep you all updated, wish me luck!
Not sure if you all saw the hockey game between the Red Wings and the Flames, but you missed a good game, us Calgarians are so happy that tthe flames won, now hopefully they have the motivation to keep kicking harder and get themselves that much closer to the Stanley cup.
